how long does it take to process my order?
it is our goal to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. standard orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours from the time of purchase. orders placed on saturdays, sundays and holidays will be processed the following business day. please allow 4 – 6 working days for standard shipping.
 

how much does philosophy charge for shipping?
for orders under £40, we charge a flat rate of £3.95 for shipping (4-6 working days, including processing time). if your order is more than £40, shipping and handling is free! we do not ship to non UK postcodes.
 

how do i track my order?
if you are a philosophyskincare.co.uk  member at the time of your purchase, you have the added benefit of tracking your order online. to track your order, log into your philosophyskincare.co.uk account, and click the my order history page.

if you are not currently a philosophyskincare.co.uk member, we invite you to join! otherwise, simply call philosophy customer care on 08444 068 108, monday to thursday, 9am – 5pm and friday 9am - 3:30pm and we would be happy to track your package for you.
 

may i add a promotion to my previous order?

what is philosophy's return policy?
while we hope that you are always satisfied with your philosophy purchase, we understand that you may need to return a product. if for any reason you need to return your product, please see the information below based on where your product was purchased:

we operate a "no questions asked" returns policy provided that you return the products to us within 28 days beginning on the day after you receive the products.  You must take reasonable care of the products, do not use them and return any products received in their original and unopened packaging and condition with the relevant order reference or delivery note.

does philosophy test on animals?
we absolutely do not conduct animal testing with philosophy products. we are fully committed to using alternatives to animal testing to ensure the safety of our products.
 

are any philosophy products derived from animals?
for your reference, our product development team has confirmed that the only philosophy products containing ingredients derived from animals are as follows: pure grace shower cream (contains hydrolyzed milk protein), amazing grace shampoo, bath & shower gel (contains hydrolyzed milk protein) and kiss me lip balms (contain lanolin). all other philosophy products contain ingredients that are of botanical or synthetic origin.
 

does philosophy have a printed catalog?
in an effort to be environmentally friendly, we have chosen to use our web site, www.philosophyskincare.co.uk, as our online catalog. the web site features available products, key ingredients, email sign up, philosophy retailers and new product details.
 

does philosophy plan on creating a paraben-free line?
we have been proactively formulating our products without butyl parabens for several years. only a handful of our original products still contain paraben-based preservatives. we are actively seeking non-paraben, effective alternatives for these products.

how do i become a philosophy distributor, retailer or wholesaler?

how do i reset my password?
